Quality – A Priority
The company develops equipment like water
tight doors and windows for the Indian Navy.
They also specialize in caisson pipes, which are
protective equipment for the critical firefighting
systems used in almost all ports.
The other product that was designed and developed for the first time in India and successfully erected and commissioned was the “Bladder Vessel”, which was earlier was brought from France.
“Based on the functional study of “Bladder Vessel”, we have developed the “Bladder valve”. The patent is pending approval,” shared Mr. Mandre. After a journey of ten years as partners in the firm, Mr. Omkar and Mr. Pradeep Mandre launched a new company named M/s Hydromech Systems Pvt. Ltd. They launched its first product, “Dismantling Joints (DMJ)”. This newly designed product overrides all the difficulties of the existing dismantling joints. The product is patented by Mr. Pradeep Mandre.
It saves maintenance time of equipment in pumping industry by 50%, which is a great achievement for the essential emergency systems like water supply lines. “In the first few months, we established confidence with clients and supplied over 500 joints in a year. We made DMJ from 100 mm to 3800 mm diameter, becoming the third organization to make DMJ of this large diameter and first in India to give a new design,” informs Mr. Mandre.
Another new equipment being introduced by M/s Hydromech is the Gentle Care Trolley, designed for handling hospitalized or bedridden patients in very gentle and hygienic way. This will revolutionize the way patients can be handled in India and internationally. This product patent is pending approval.
The idea of the equipment emerged out of personal experience and need by Mr. Pradeep Mandre.
